Cooking Instructions:
Steam: Arrange the frozen siomai on a rack. Place in the steamer then cover with a lid. Steam for 15 minutes.
Deep Fry: Thaw frozen siomai for about 30 minutes. Heat oil to 350 – 375°F. Deep fry for 3 – 5 minutes or until golden brown.
